Epicly infinitesimal

Miles and miles away
A feebly cry, barely a whisper
A mighty boom, the impact
Like a thunderous clap.

Teeny, all of eighteen inched
But filled in full, many hearts
All of six pounds weighed,
But weighty was the joy.

Ounces and milliliters,
The measures spoken
But in gargantuan doses,
The love was lapped.

Those hours and days,
In it, held a lifetime
That tiny smile could
Ever outshine the sun.

The pint sized arms wrapped
Around in a tender embrace
Priceless is the love
That engulfs the soul.
