Casual chronicle

Trains do this to me,
I watch detachedly

I see a house there afar,
A silhouette in the window ajar,

I create him, in my words
In bits and pieces and blurbs

Wrapping up my made up tale
Making it all smooth sail

As the train chugs by
I close my eyes and sigh

I think of thoughts trite
Biographies of strangers, I wish to write

  1. This is also one of my pleasures when traveling, to write a strangers story in my mind. Quite a few have been posted on my blog too!

  2. It is fun to imagine the biographies of strangers we pass. Be fun to ask these strangers their true story to see if it's ever close to the stories others give them.
