A cathartic
hiatus, I seek
Without jeopardizing
my streak,
A workaholic by demeanor,
To keep it that way, am eager.
Risky propositions,
I don’t undertake,
Hasty decisions, I don’t make,
A mundane existence I lead,
Pathetic, it seems to be, indeed.
