Aboard my million dollar ride,
Across time zones, I stride,
Onto my destination, I proceed,
A trip back home is joy indeed.
Stories to swap on a late night chat,
Trip down the memory lane, is just that.
By the time it ends, I do concede,
A trip back home is joy indeed.
A vacation, on which I hoped to revive
Unnoticed by me, elation did arrive,
This is exactly what I did need,
A trip back home is joy indeed.
Aboard my million dollar ride,
A trip back home is joy indeed.
Sounds like you had a great time.

Sometimes that trip back home is the best part of a vacation :)
ReplyDeleteWe love it when we leave home, but it's always great to get back.
