Jangling her pretty curls,
Her tresses tied up in a bow,
She came in reckless abandon,
As only a two year old could do.
Nary a heartache in her mind,
As carefree as the autumn breeze,
If only life could remain thus,
If only, this frame I could freeze
Wouldn't that be something?
ReplyDeleteIt would be a good trick, but I guess that's what memories - and pictures and video - are for.
ReplyDeleteOh, wow! Wouldn't that just be the greatest? I love the title, too!
ReplyDeleteI never understood why they called it 'the terrible twos' for I have but fond memories of both of my children and all five of my grandchildren in their "twinkly twos."
ReplyDeletethose moments pass too quickly :)
ReplyDeleteWow...Thats a moment to freeze
ReplyDeleteAh, but they're always remembered and cherished, even though life moves on.
