Honestly I led my life
Righteous path followed
Harsh was the return I faced
When I entered the hallowed
‘Why’’ I now begin to ask
Did I not sway or stray
Why are the good guys
Always the ones to pay
Isn’t there the universe
Keeping the clichéd tally
Aren’t the debauched
Meant to suffer their folly.
